Performance running tights!

At Run4It, we have a wide range of running tights – both full length and capri (for women only) – all made from sweat-wicking fabrics with a high Elastane content. Our tights keep your legs cool and comfortable, providing excellent support with great stretch and recovery.

Top tip: Elastane is a synthetic fibre known for its high elasticity. Go for tights with a high percentage of Elastane for great stretch and flex.

Our collection of running tights offer different features, from reflective taping for high visibility, to power stretch mesh panels for greater flexibility, to secure zip pockets for keys, gels, cards and other essentials.

Determining the best running tights for you largely comes down to material and freedom of movement.  Are they breathable? Will they wick moisture away from your skin? Do they allow you to move freely?

This, plus the type of running and training you do. If you’re gearing up to spring marathon say, you may choose to run in compression tights to help speed muscle recovery and reduce your risk of injury. If you’re a run commuter and lace-up to get to and home from work every day, you’ll probably want tights with zip pockets (for your keys, cards and essentials), as well as reflective taping, so you can be seen by cars and pedestrians.
